There was a pivotal day in 2008 when I learned a valuable lesson.   I had a lesson scheduled for 8:00 in the morning, another at 11:00 and then a final lesson at 6:00.  I arrived at the course a little early and began preparing for my early lesson when I got a call.  It was my first lesson canceling.  I decided to just hit balls until my 11:00 lesson.
